Prenez une feuille de pâte à filo et placez-la sur le plan de travail. Arrosez d’un peu d’huile au pinceau. Ne badigeonnez pas toute la surface.
Placez une deuxième feuille sur la première puis recommencez le même processus. Faites la même chose pour 4 feuilles au total.
Placez la feta au centre sur un des côtés. Rabattez la pâte sur le fromage puis commencez à enrouler le tout.
Une fois arrivé au bout, coupez l’excédent de pâte éventuel.
Rabattez ensuite la pâte sous la feta.
Faites chauffer une petite poêle avec environ 1cm d’huile dans le fond. Quand l’huile est bien chaude, placez la feta enveloppée délicatement pour ne pas faire de projection d’huile.
Laissez dorer sur feu modéré. Il faudra retourner plusieurs fois délicatement pour avoir une belle couleur.
Hachez les pistaches grillées au couteau.
Quand la feta est prête, placez-la une minute sur une assiette avec du papier absorbant. Placez-la ensuite sur une assiette de service, parsemez de pistaches et arrosez de miel. Dégustez sans attendre !
Pour la cuisson au four : Faites le même processus, mais quand la feta est enrobée de pâte, il faudra cette fois badigeonner entièrement la pâte d'huile sur sa surface. Faites ensuite cuire à 180°C pendant une vingtaine de minutes, ou en adaptant à votre four, de façon à obtenir une belle couleur joliment dorée.
