C’est le troisième cake de l’impossible que je vous propose, après celui banane cacahuètes et un salé au fromage et jambon. Pourquoi de l’impossible ? Car il ne contient ni farine ni fécule d’aucune sorte et donne la texture d’un gâteau. Il contient également très peu de sucre, ici seulement 25g de miel. C’est donc un gâteau à déguster sans complexe. Il faut d’abord s’habituer à sa saveur, mais dès la deuxième bouchée, on devient vite accro !
Lavez 2 oranges puis faites-les cuire 30 minutes à la vapeur.
Vérifiez la cuisson en y plantant une fourchette qui doit y rentrer sans difficulté.
Coupez-les en deux pour enlever au besoin les pépins.
Pesez la quantité nécessaire (160g) et versez les oranges pesées, les 120g d’œufs, le miel et la cannelle dans un blender.
Versez la purée obtenue dans un récipient, puis ajoutez la purée d’amande non sucrée.
Ajoutez la levure chimique, le bicarbonate et la crème de tartre (qui est une poudre levante, mais si vous la trouvez pas, vous pouvez la remplacer par davantage de levure chimique), puis terminez avec le chocolat noir haché au couteau.
Versez dans un petit moule à cake de 18x8cm ou un moule circulaire de 14cm de diamètre.
Faites cuire dans un four préchauffé à 160°C sur chaleur tournante pendant 45 à 50 minutes. Et là miracle, le gâteau a gonflé comme un vrai gâteau à base de farine.
Laissez totalement refroidir avant de déguster. Il sera meilleur le lendemain !
