Pourquoi un tel nom? Et bien car ce gâteau ne contient pas de beurre, pas de farine, ni de farine sans gluten, et presque pas de sucre (juste 25g de miel). J'avais remarqué une recette où de la purée de sésame (tahiné) mélangée à des œufs donnait une texture de pain. J'ai testé et j'ai été bluffé par la texture, mais pas par le goût. J'ai donc fait à ma sauce, et voici une version avec de la purée de cacahuète, banane et quelques morceaux de chocolat. Il y a des chances que je vous propose de temps en temps des recettes différentes, car j'ai modifié mon alimentation il y a 9 mois. Je continue cependant à faire des desserts classiques, mais je ne les mange plus. Je les goûte et je partage !
Versez les 300g de purée de cacahuète lisse dans un récipient.
Mettez les 160g d’œuf et les 65g de banane dans un petit blender et mixez pour obtenir une purée très lisse. Versez le tout sur le beurre de cacahuète.
Ajoutez les 25g de miel et mélangez bien.
La pâte est presque prête et ressemble déjà à une pâte à gâteau.
Versez la levure chimique, le bicarbonate et la crème de tartre si vous en avez.
Un peu de fantaisie avec 50g de pépites de chocolat noir, ici à 70%. Ce sont de grosses pépites, donc n’hésitez pas à en mettre de plus petites.
Un dernier mélange et c’est terminé.
Versez dans un moule à cake chemisé de papier sulfurisé de 18 sur 8cm (si vous n’avez pas ce format, faites dans un moule à gâteau de 14 cm de diamètre, ou faites la recette x 1,5 pour un moule de 18cm de diamètre).
Faites cuire dans un four préchauffé à 160°C sur chaleur tournante pendant 45 à 50 minutes. Et là miracle, le gâteau a gonflé comme un vrai gâteau à base de farine.
Laissez tiédir, puis démoulez.
Le gâteau sera meilleur à température ambiante. Conservez-le ensuite dans un film étirable. Il gardera alors tout son moelleux.
