Je vous attends lundi 5 juillet à 19h00 sur ma page Facebook, pour deux délicieuses recettes taïwanaises, en collaboration avec l’office du tourisme de Taïwan. Je ferai un Lu Rou Fan, qui est un plat de porc braisé aux épices, ultra-savoureux servi avec du riz, et un pop corn chicken archi croustillant au basilic thaï et poivre de sichuan. Les recettes seront ensuite postées en pas à pas sur le blog avec la vidéo en replay !
C’est avec une grande joie que je viens d’apprendre que j’avais gagné le prestigieux Grand Prix Brillat-Savarin du livre gourmand, décerné par le jury pour mon livre « Scandaleusement Décadent » publié chez Flammarion ! Merci au président du salon du livre de Nantua, Michel Godet et à Florence Aubenas, marraine de cette édition 2021 ! Je suis trop content ! Je partage ce prix avec Claire Curt, photographe talentueuse et amie, Ryma mon éditrice chez Flammarion (et amie aussi !!) et Simone mon attachée de presse chez Flammarion également. Mon livre est toujours disponible chez votre libraire préféré !
Pour un goûter savoureux et revigorant, qui calmera une cacahuètite aiguë, je vous propose ces barres énergétiques avoine, chocolat et cacahuètes à la texture parfaite. Elles seront aussi très bonnes au petit déjeuner, mais il faut garder en tête que l’on est proche d’un cookie à la texture plus ferme, plus « chewy » ! Ce qui en fait un délice, mais à manger sans doute avec modération et à partager sans complexe.
Attention ces petites parts de gâteaux sont totalement diaboliques. Cette délicieuse pâte à cookie est cuite avec un fourrage au cream cheese. C’est comme avoir une couche de cheesecake rafraichissante au milieu d’un déluge de pépites de chocolat noir et blanc. Je vous préviens tout de suite que c’est un véritable scandale, car pas vraiment recommandé juste avant l’été et les maillots de bain. Peut-être suis-je au fond un peu cruel !
De tendres morceaux de poulet, dans une panure croustillante, puis plongés dans une incroyable sauce bien crémeuse et savoureuse. Le tout en moins de 30 minutes. Pour une fois, je fais une cuisson au four et cette recette s’y prête à merveille ! Vous pourrez bien sûr remplacer les noix de pécan par un autre fruit sec.
Pour ceux qui possèdent mon livre Scandaleusement Décadent, paru chez Flammarion en novembre dernier, vous aurez peut-être remarqué cette recette avec une gaufrette en forme de nid d’abeille. J’avais précisé que je donnerai le processus sur le blog, mais je n’avais jamais trouvé le temps de le faire. C’est enfin chose faite ! Je vous explique comment j’ai crée mon propre moule en silicone alimentaire, résistant à la chaleur pour y cuire ces jolies gaufrettes. Bien sûr vous pourrez appliquer cette méthode à d’autres choses qu’un baticadre à abeilles ! Et pour ceux qui ne l’ont pas encore, le livre est en vente chez votre libraire ou sur internet !
