Je vous attends lundi 5 juillet à 19h00 sur ma page Facebook ICI, pour deux délicieuses recettes taïwanaises, en collaboration avec l’office du tourisme de Taïwan. Je ferai un Lu Rou Fan, qui est un plat de porc braisé aux épices, ultra-savoureux servi avec du riz, et un pop corn chicken archi-croustillant au basilic thaï et poivre de sichuan.
