Voici un moment que j’avais découvert ces magnifiques figues séchées Baglama fourrées au foie dans le Périgord. J’avais très envie de les refaire pour moi-même, mais aussi pour le blog et partager la recette avec vous. C’est chose faite et c’est un véritable délice ! Je suis toujours bluffé par cette courge spaghetti et sa texture filandreuse très particulière qui lui donne son nom qu’elle n’usurpe pas ! On peut l’adapter de toutes les façons que l’on souhaite. Je vous propose une version à la sauce au gorgonzola, pignons, et noisettes. Les lardons sont à ajouter ou non à votre convenance. C’est un véritable délice et il me tarde d’essayer d’autres sauces qui se marient à merveille avec cet étonnant fruit (ou c’est un fruit qu’on cuisine, comme la tomate).

Une recette sans prétention qui vont donnera de fins sablés où la sauce au caramel au beurre salé rentre dans la composition. Je roule ici la pâte en boudin pour ensuite la couper en fines tranches. Ils seront délicieux à n’importe quel moment de la journée, surtout si en plus vous les trempez dans la sauce au caramel maison !
Attention, très très très bon !! Je vous préviens, c’est riche, c’est scandaleux, mais c’est archi-délicieux ! Je vous propose du pain perdu fourré au chocolat au lait et praliné, cuit dans du beurre demi-sel et sur lequel j’ajoute un peu de sauce au caramel au beurre salé. Il est parfait pour un goûter ultra-réconfortant, mais une tranche suffira sans doute. Si il fait froid et qu’il pleut, voici un moyen, certes démoniaque, pour tenir jusqu’à Noël !
Après avoir partagé avec vous ma recette de buns au thanzong, j’avais envie de l’adapter pour une brioche du matin ou du goûter, avec plein de noix et de chocolat pour une ambiance parfaitement automnale ! Ce ne sont donc pas les mêmes proportions et cela vous donnera une brioche bien moelleuse, pas trop sucrée ni trop beurrée. Elle sera parfaite pour se réconforter au chaud chez soi !
