Vous dîtes de la sortir 1h30 du réfrigérateur avant, mais selon la quantité de pâte, elle se sera plus ou moins réchauffée. Y a-t-il une température à respecter ? Merci de vos conseils et de l'astuce du slider… j'habite Bordeaux depuis peu et je vais vite aller visiter Labo&Gato. Adorant de fleurs d'oranger, l'idée me tente bien aussi de tester cette variante.
