Je vous propose une recette très simple, aux doux parfums d’automne, et sans sucre ajouté que celui contenu dans les poires ou le chocolat noir. Je prends ici un chocolat à 75% de cacao. La recette se fait en 5 minutes et il faudra juste attendre qu’elle soit ensuite bien refroidie. Cette « crème » est plutôt une ganache à base de fruits. Elle sera délicieuse telle quelle, ou accompagnée de sablés croustillants !
Recette :
135g de chocolat noir à 75%
250g de chair de poire
50g de noix
Pour cette recette, prenez des poires juteuses et mûres.
Épluchez-les et ôtez leur trognon.
Faites fondre le chocolat pour qu’il soit bien lisse.
Mixez les poires le plus finement possible.
Tout est déjà prêt !
Mélangez le chocolat fondu avec la chair de poire pesée et mixée.
Ajoutez à l’envie les noix en morceaux.
Versez dans des ramequins ou des jolies coupelles.
Placez au réfrigérateur avec un film étirable (pas au contact de la crème) pendant au moins 5 heures, voire même une nuit entière. Servez ensuite bien frais !
