أنا أحب خبز الكعك لعيد الميلاد. رائحتهم أثناء الطهي في الفرن تملأ المنزل كله برائحة مريحة. أقدم لكم نسختي من Stollen ، هذه الكعكة الألمانية بين الخبز والبريوش ، محشوة بالفواكه المجففة المنقوعة في الكحول. تمتلئ هنا بالمرزبانية ومغطاة بسكر القرفة وقليل من السكر المثلج للزينة.

25 جرام قشر ليمون ملبس
نبيذ داكن
لتحضير العجينة:
480 جرام طحين
8 جرام خميرة جافة أو 15 جرام خميرة طازجة
60 جرام سكر
170 جرام حليب نصف منزوع الدسم
180 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
1 رأس سكين جيد من مسحوق الهال
1 رشة قرفة مطحونة
50 جرام لوز كامل مقشر
25 جرام لوز مقشر
نكهة ليمون غير مشمع
365 جرام مرزبانية (مقسمة إلى نصفين)
لإتمام :
200 غرام من السكر (لا تستخدم كلها !!)
20 جرام قرفة مطحونة
50 جرام زبدة مذابة
القليل من السكر البودرة
ضعي العنب وقشور الليمون المسكرة والبرتقال في وعاء.
صب الروم واتركه ينتفخ طوال الليل.
في اليوم التالي ، تم امتصاص جزء كبير من الروم.
شوي اللوز الكامل في الفرن لمدة 15 دقيقة على 170 درجة مئوية.
