تعليمات :
يُسكب الدقيق مع البيكنج بودر والقرفة في وعاء محضر الطعام أو في وعاء.
تذوب المارجرين.
نسكب في الوعاء مع الزيت والسكر البني ومسحوق اللوز.
أضف بذور الكتان المطحون وحليب الشوفان.
مزيج سبيكولوس ناعما.
تصب في الوعاء.
اهرسي الموز بالشوكة.
صب وخلط كل شيء للحصول على عجينة متجانسة.
تصب في صينية الخبز مبطنة بورق الزبدة.
اخبزيها لمدة ساعة و 20 دقيقة على 145 درجة مئوية ثم 30 دقيقة على نفس درجة الحرارة مع وظيفة البخار إذا كان لديك إمكانية ، وإلا باستخدام صينية للشرب ستملأها بالماء المغلي في قاع الفرن.
اتركيه ليبرد قبل فك القالب ثم ضعيه في الثلاجة طوال الليل في فيلم مطاطي.
