أحب الفطائر المفلطحة. لقد قدمت لكِ بالفعل وصفة كلاسيكية على موقعي الإلكتروني، بالإضافة إلى وصفة أخرى في كتابي النباتي. وهي كعكات بريطانية غنية بالزبدة والشوفان. وهي هنا نسخة طرية مع جوز البقان وقشر البرتقال. والنتيجة هي كما أحبها تماماً: طرية ومريحة ومليئة بالنكهة!
وصفة لقالب قياس 22 سم:
250 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
165 جم سكر القصب
80 غ شراب ذهبي 80 غ
165 جم حليب مكثف محلى 165 جم
1 برتقالة غير معالجة
110 جرام من جوز البقان
450 غ من الشوفان الملفوف
توضع الزبدة شبه المملحة وحامض القصب في قدر.
لمن لا يعرف، إليك الشراب الذهبي. من السهل جداً العثور عليه على الإنترنت أو في محلات البقالة الإنجليزية.
يُسكب الحليب المكثف المحلى والشراب الذهبي في المقلاة.
يُكشط قشر البرتقال غير المعالج ويُسكب في المقلاة.
تُسخن على نار هادئة حتى تذوب الزبدة تماماً.
بالنسبة لدقيق الشوفان، استخدم الأنواع الكلاسيكية المتوفرة في محلات السوبر ماركت.
يُقطّع جوز البقان إلى قطع.
يُسكب في الشوفان ويُخلط جيداً.
عندما تذوب الزبدة، اسكبي الشوفان/البقان على نار هادئة (أو على نار هادئة).
تُخلط جيداً لتغلف الرقائق جيداً.
تُسكب في صينية مربعة قياس 22 سم مبطنة بورق الخبز.
موزعة بالتساوي.
تُخبز لمدة 22 دقيقة على حرارة 170 درجة مئوية على مروحة مدعومة بمروحة. قد يبدو المركز غير مطبوخ جيداً، وهذا أمر طبيعي تماماً!
يُترك ليبرد تماماً قبل تقطيعه إلى شرائح. يمكنك تغليف الشرائح بشكل فردي والاحتفاظ بها لمدة أسبوع واحد.

J'adore les flapjacks. Je vous avais déjà proposé une recette classique sur mon site, ainsi qu'une autre dans mon livre Végéterrien. Ce sont des gâteaux britanniques riches en beurre et flocons d'avoine. Ici, c'est une version moelleuse aux noix de pécan et zeste d'orange. Le résultat est comme j'aime : tendre, réconfortant, plein de saveur !
