لقد عدت للتو من إقامة ممتعة للغاية في كوبنهاغن، حيث تلاعب الطقس بين أشعة الشمس الساطعة والثلوج الكثيفة! أما بالنسبة للغداء، فقد جربت “smørrebrød” الشهير، وهو عبارة عن شطائر دنماركية مصنوعة من خبز الجاودار وكل ما يمكنك تخيله. سأقترح عليك بعضاً منها وسأبدأ بالقريدس الذي يتميز بسرعة تحضيره، وهذه النسخة الطازجة جداً لذيذة للغاية مع الشبت والليمون الذي يضفي نكهة الشبت والليمون على شرائح الخبز الرائعة هذه!
وصفة لأربعة أشخاص:
500 غ من القريدس المطبوخ والمقشر
100 جم كريمة مزدوجة 100 جرام
60 غ من المايونيز
عدد قليل من أغصان الشبت
ملعقة كبيرة من عصير الليمون
القليل من قشر الليمون العضوي
1 أفوكادو
ملح فلفل
4 شرائح من خبز الجاودار الإسكندنافي
خذ القريدس المطبوخ مسبقاً. إذا كانت كبيرة جداً، فقط قم بتقطيعها إلى قطع، وهذا ما فعلته هنا.
يوضع القريدس في وعاء مع الكريمة والمايونيز وعصير الليمون والشبت المفروم ناعماً. يُضاف الملح والفلفل حسب الرغبة.
اخلط جيدًا وأضف القليل من قشر الليمون إذا أردت.
تُقطّع 4 شرائح سميكة من خبز الجاودار الإسكندنافي. تُحمّص الشرائح الأربع في محمصة الخبز أو لمدة 7 دقائق في فرن ساخن (170 درجة مئوية).
يوضع ربع القريدس في كل شريحة ويوضع فوقها ربع الأفوكادو المقشر والمقطع إلى شرائح. تبله مرة أخرى بالفلفل، وابشر القليل من قشر الليمون العضوي واستمتع!
Prenez des crevettes déjà cuites. Si elles sont trop grosses, il suffira de les couper en morceaux, ce que j’ai fait ici.
Mettez les crevettes dans un récipient, avec la crème, la mayonnaise, le jus de citron et l’aneth finement coupé. Salez et poivre à votre goût.
Mélangez bien, ajoutez un peu de zeste de citron si vous le souhaitez.
Coupez 4 belles tranches d’un pain de seigle scandinave. Faites griller les 4 tranches au grille-pain ou 7 minutes à four chaud (170°C).
Versez un quart des crevettes par tranche, surmontez le tout d’un quart d’avocat épluché et coupé en tranhes. Poivrez à nouveau, râpez un tout petit peu de zeste de citron bio puis dégustez sans attendre !
