أردت حقًا سلطة صغيرة كانت طازجة جدًا وصحية مع كونها مغذية. هذا هو الحال مع سلطة العدس المرجانية المطبوخة مع الزبيب والبصل الأحمر المتبل والنعناع. استرح قليلاً في الثلاجة وستكون جاهزًا للتهامها في نزهة أو بوفيه في يوم مشمس جميل!
وصفة لأربعة أشخاص:
500 جرام عدس مرجاني
1 بصلة حمراء
عصير ليمون
100 جرام زبيب
1 ملعقة طعام نعناع مجفف
ملح فلفل
صلصة :
2 ملاعق كبيرة من الطحينة
5 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
2 ملاعق كبيرة من الخل (استخدمت الخل البلسمي الأبيض)
1 ملعقة كبيرة شراب الصبار أو العسل
2 ملاعق صغيرة من الخردل
ملح فلفل
تعليمات :
بالنسبة للعدس ، أطبخهم فقط … 5 دقائق في ماء مغلي. هذا أقل بكثير من وقت الطهي الذي يُشار إليه عادةً ، لكنه سيصنع عدسًا مثاليًا في السلطة!
اشطفها بالماء البارد ثم صفيها جيدًا. أضف الزبيب.
يُسكب في النعناع المجفف.
نقطع البصل الأحمر المقشر إلى قطع صغيرة.
يُسكب في وعاء ويُسكب فوقه الماء المغلي.
اتركي الماء على البصل لمدة 15 ثانية ثم صفيه جيداً.
صب عليها عصير الليمون: البصل يتحول إلى اللون الوردي! دعه يقف لمدة 15 دقيقة.
ثم أضفه إلى السلطة.
تخلط بعناية. ضع الملح والفلفل حسب ذوقك.
اخلطي جميع مكونات الصلصة.
الخردل والملح والفلفل.
أضف القدر من الصلصة حسب الحاجة. لم أضع كل شيء ، كان علي أن أترك ملعقتين كبيرتين متبقين بمجرد سكبهما في السلطة.
امزج مرة أخيرة.
اتركيه للراحة لمدة 3 ساعات على الأقل في الثلاجة قبل الأكل!
