خلال الإجازة التي أخذتها مؤخرًا بعد انتهاء كتابة كتابي التالي (إصدار مارس 2020) ، كان هناك بودنغ الخبز على الإفطار. أدركت بعد ذلك أنه ليس لدي هذه الوصفة في مدونة الطبخ الخاصة بي حتى الآن! لهذا السبب أضع البريوش المضفر ، حتى أتمكن بعد ذلك من صنع بودنغ الخبز هذا. لأنني أفضلها دائمًا على البريوش على الخبز. إنه مضحك للغاية ، لأنه بصريًا خاص جدًا ، يبدو أنه جاف. عندما تكون في الفم فهي متعة حقيقية: فائق النعومة وخفيف الملمس. يمتص البريوش السائل ثم يذوب بشدة. كن حذرا لان الادمان جدا !!

3 بيضات كبيرة
110 جرام سكر
1 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا سائلة
90 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة ذائبة
750 مل حليب نصف دسم
Instructions :
لقد صنعت وصفتي في طبق صغير مقاس 17 × 26 سم. يمكنك بالطبع صنعه في قالب أكبر بكثير. يكفي إعادة قشدة البيض بالنسب التي أعطيتك إياها!
بالنسبة لوصفتي ، أخذت البريوش المضفر الذي نشرته هنا للتو. ببساطة تقطع إلى قطع. لقد استخدمت 225 جرامًا في المجموع.
تصب في الطبق مع الزبيب.
في وعاء ، ضعي البيض والسكر والقرفة والفانيليا والزبدة المذابة.
امزج ثم أضف الحليب.
تخلط جيدا ثم تصب في الطبق.
اتركيه لمدة 10-15 دقيقة ، حتى تمتص البريوش (أو الخبز) السائل جيدًا.
ثم يُطهى على درجة حرارة 175 درجة مئوية لمدة 35 دقيقة.
يجب أن يتمايل بودنغ الخبز في المنتصف. اتركها واقفة عند إخراجها من الفرن واستمتع بها وهي لا تزال دافئة أو مبردة. فرحة!
