القرفة الداخلية:
210 جرام شجر بني
55 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة ذائبة
15 جرام قرفة
1 بيضة سعة 50 جم
ستريوسيل:
75 جرام طحين
75 جرام سكر
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة
45 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
1 بيضة مخفوقة صغيرة للصق الستروسل
تعليمات :
ضعي جميع مكونات العجينة ماعدا الزبدة في وعاء محضر الطعام واخلطيها بخطاف العجين.
عندما تصبح العجينة متجانسة ، أضيفي الزبدة.
هذه المرة دعه يعجن لمدة 9-10 دقائق. يجب أن تكون العجينة ناعمة.

انشر streusel على السطح واضغط برفق براحة يد واحدة.
