50جرام لوز مقشر
في وعاء محضر الطعام أو في وعاء ، اخلطي الزبدة والكاكاو والملح والسكر البودرة.
أفعل ذلك بالورقة ، لكن يمكنك خلطه بملعقة!
ثم يضاف الماء والدقيق.
العجين جاهز.
ضعه في صينية مربعة مبطن بورق الزبدة.
تنتشر باليد لتوحيد السطح.
اخبزيها على حرارة 170 درجة مئوية لمدة 20 دقيقة.
اتركيه ليبرد لمدة 10 دقائق ثم اسكبي مربى التوت.
انشرها بملعقة.
يرش برقائق الشوكولاتة.
في وعاء صغير ، ضعي بياض البيض (3 بياض تقريبًا) وخلاصة اللوز المر والسكر ومسحوق اللوز.
خفقت بسرعة عالية لمدة 1 دقيقة.
العجين جاهز بالفعل!
اسكبيها فوق رقائق الشوكولاتة وافردها.
أخيرًا يرش باللوز المقطّع.
اطبخي مرة أخرى ، لا يزال عند 170 درجة مئوية ، هذه المرة لمدة 40-45 دقيقة.
اتركها تبرد لمدة ساعة قبل التقطيع (يمكنك تقطيع قطع صغيرة جدًا).
