هذه وصفة سريعة! لقد صنعته خلال Facebook على الهواء مباشرة أثناء الحبس مع ما كان في متناول يدي. والنتيجة مبهجة بفضل الفول السوداني والكزبرة والدجاج الطري. عليك فقط أن تتذكر طهي الأرز في اليوم السابق وتركه يرتاح في الثلاجة طوال الليل حتى ينفد جيدًا. يمكنك بالطبع التكيف مع ما لديك!
Recette RIZ SAUTÉ AU POULET, CACAHUÈTES ET CORIANDRE pour 4 personnes :
200 جرام أرز (وزنها نيئ) ثم تشطف في ماء نظيف لمدة دقيقة واحدة ثم تطهى مع 250 جرام من الماء
1 بصلة
1 جزرة
125 جرام إدامامي أو بازلاء مجمدة
3 فصوص ثوم
2 سم من الزنجبيل
1 صدر دجاج كبير
2 بيض
ملح ، فلفل ، سكر
nuoc مام
2 حفنة من الفول السوداني المحمص غير المملح
كزبرة ، بصل أخضر
البصل المقلي
Instructions :
يقشر البصل ويقطع إلى شرائح.
قشر الجزر وقطّعه إلى شرائح.
ثم في العصي.
ضعي 4 ملاعق كبيرة من الزيت (عباد الشمس أو بذور اللفت للطهي) في المقلاة (أو المقلاة) ، أضيفي البصل ، والجزر ، والإدامامي (أو البازلاء) ، والثوم المطحون ، وابشري الزنجبيل.
يسخن على نار عالية مع التحريك بانتظام.
قطع صدور الدجاج إلى شرائح.
عندما يصبح البصل نصف شفاف أضيفي الدجاج.
مزج!
عندما يتم مصادرة الدجاج ، اكسري البيض في زاوية من المقلاة (هنا واحدة فقط ، لكن ضعي 2).
قسّمها في المقلاة.
دعهم يطبخون ثم نقطعهم إلى قطع.
تخلط مع الباقي.
أضيفي الأرز المطبوخ والملح والفلفل حسب الرغبة ، أضيفي ملعقة صغيرة من السكر ونووك مام (3/4 ملعقة كبيرة).
تخلط جيدا ثم تضاف الكزبرة المفرومة ، 3 حبات من الثوم المعمر ، البصل المقلي (حفنة) والفول السوداني.
