وصفة لعشرة ملفات تعريف الارتباط:
115 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
160 جرام سكر أبيض
60 جرام من مسحوق الفستق
200 جرام طحين
1 بيضة (50 جرام بدون قشرة)
1 ملعقة صغيرة من خلاصة الفانيليا السائلة
90 جرام فستق محمص غير مملح
100 جرام رقائق شوكولاتة بيضاء
ضعي الزبدة والسكر ومسحوق الفستق في وعاء.
تخلط جيدا للحصول على نوع من الكريمة. أضف البيض والفانيليا.
نخلط ثم نضيف الدقيق.
القليل من المزيج والانتهاء من الفستق المحمص غير المملح (وإلا يمكنك تمرير الفستق الخام لمدة 16 دقيقة على درجة حرارة 165 درجة مئوية على حرارة دوارة) ورقائق الشوكولاتة البيضاء.
مزيج واحد وانتهيت! أؤكد أنني لا أستخدم الخميرة أو عامل التخمير.
شكليها على شكل كرات مفلطحة حجمها 75 جرام. لقد خبزتهم على حصيرة سيليكون للخبز ، لكن ورق البرشمان العادي ذو الجودة العالية سيفي بالغرض.
اخبزيها لمدة 12 دقيقة عند 165 درجة مئوية في فرن مُسخن ومدعوم بمروحة.
اتركها تبرد قبل الإقلاع. استمتع بالدفء أو في درجة حرارة الغرفة!
