ذهبت إلى السوق في ذلك اليوم لشراء خوخ. كنت قد تذوقت منها جيدًا قبل أسبوع ، لكن هذه المرة صادفت خوخًا طريًا وخاليًا من العصير. خيبة أمل كبيرة ، ومع ذلك ذهبت إلى نفس المكان وأخذت نفس الثمار التي بدت متشابهة. لا توجد رغبة في التخلص منها ، فضلت صنع كعكة لذيذة مقلوبة. لقد قمت بطهي الخوخ برفق أولاً ، وفجأة أصبح لذيذًا للغاية وعصيرًا. الخليط على القمة يسبب الادمان !! والجمع بين الاثنين مثالي تمامًا.
لكعكة مقاس 26 × 17 سم:
7-8 خوخ أبيض أو أصفر كبير
200 جرام سكر
165 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
225 جرام طحين
2 بيض كبير
1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا سائلة
لهذه الوصفة ، كما قلت ، أخذت خوخًا مثاليًا للخبز. ولكن حتى الخوخ الجيد جدًا سيصنع كعكة جيدة جدًا! لدي 4 فقط في الصورة ، لكن انتهى بي الأمر بوضع 8 تقريبًا. بقدر ما يسمح القالب!
قشرهم وقطّعهم إلى قطع كبيرة. ضعيهم في قدر مع ملعقتين كبيرتين من السكر.
اطهيه لمدة 5-7 دقائق على نار متوسطة.
سيصنعون القليل من العصير ، إنه مثالي! صبهم في الطبق.
اصنع العجينة بخلط السكر والزبدة.
يضاف الدقيق والبيض والفانيليا.
تخلط جيدا ثم تصب فوق الدراق.
اخبزيها لمدة 35 دقيقة عند 170 درجة مئوية. تكييف الطبخ مع فرنك الخاص!
