45 جرام زبدة فول سوداني غير محلاة (فول سوداني مهروس)
95 جرام شراب القيقب
40 جرام شجر بني
1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا سائلة
120 جرام شوفان
40 جرام شوفان مطحون ، مطحون في الخلاط
80 جرام جوز
80 جرام شوكولاتة داكنة
تعليمات :
يُسكب زيت جوز الهند المذاب ، زبدة الفول السوداني ، شراب القيقب ، السكر البني ، الفانيليا في وعاء.
أضف الرقائق الكاملة والرقائق البودرة.
أضف أيضا الجوز المفروم.
تخلط جيدا ثم تضاف قطع الشوكولاتة. كان لدي بعض قطع الكاكاو باري الكبيرة المتبقية ، لكن قرصًا مقطوعًا إلى قطع كبيرة (80 جم) سيكون جيدًا.
مزيج أخير وأنت انتهيت!
تصب في قالب مقاس 31 × 10 سم مبطن بورق الزبدة. أو في قالب مربع طوله 17 سم.
تُخبز في فرن مُسخن مسبقًا على حرارة 175 درجة مئوية على حرارة دوارة لمدة 18-20 دقيقة.
اتركيها لتبرد تمامًا قبل تقطيعها إلى قطع.
يمكنك الاحتفاظ بها لفترة طويلة في حاوية محكمة الإغلاق!

Voici une recette naturellement végane et dans gluten. J’aime bien proposer ce genre de choix de temps en temps, d’autant plus quand le résultat est délicieux à souhait. J’ai mis « flapjacks » car ces barres s’en rapprochent beaucoup, mais la consistance rappelle bien un gros cookie bien moelleux. Mes amis et moi-même nous sommes régalés et j’avoue que je ne m’attendais pas à ce que ce soit aussi bon ! À tester de toute urgence…
Versez l’huile de coco fondue, le beurre de cacahuètes, le sirop d’érable, la vergeoise, la vanille dans un récipient.
Ajoutez les flocons entiers et les flocons réduits en poudre.
Ajoutez également les noix en morceaux.
Mélangez bien puis ajoutez les morceaux de chocolat. Il me restait des grosses pépites Cacao Barry, mais une tablette coupée en gros morceaux (80g) fera très bien l’affaire.
Un dernier mélange et c’est terminé !
Versez dans un moule de 31X10cm chemisé de papier sulfurisé. Ou bien dans un moule carré de 17cm de côté.
Faites cuire au four préchauffé à 175°C en chaleur tournante, pendant 18-20 minutes.
Laissez totalement refroidir avant de couper en morceaux.
Vous pourrez les conserver longuement dans une boite hermétique !
