سلطة صيفية طازجة وسهلة وملونة ولذيذة وطازجة! دائماً ما يكون لسلطة المعكرونة مكان على المائدة لوجبة صيفية بسيطة. لا يوجد شيء ثوري هنا، لكني أود أن أشارككم هذه الوصفة التي سعدت بإعدادها لأمسية جميلة مع الأصدقاء. تتكون التوابل ببساطة من زيت الزيتون وقشر الليمون وعصيره. نجاح أكيد مع ضيوفك!
تُقدم الوصفة لـ 8 أشخاص:
500 غ من المعكرونة (استعملت هنا معكرونة الأوريشيت)
500 جرام طماطم كرزية
1 باقة فجل 1 باقة فجل
1 حفنة من الثوم المعمر
بضعة أغصان من الريحان
250 غ من جبن الموزاريلا
50 جرام جبن بارميزان بارميزان مبشور
قشر 2 ليمونة غير معالجة
6 ملاعق طعام من زيت الزيتون
عصير ليمونة واحدة
2 محامين
70 جرام صنوبر
ملح فلفل
تُطهى المعكرونة في الوقت الموضح على العبوة للتأكد من أنها “غير مطهية”. تُبرد في ماء بارد ثم تُصفى جيداً.
تُغسل الطماطم الكرزية وتُقطّع إلى أنصاف. ضعه في وعاء كبير.
فرم حفنة الثوم المعمر ناعما.
ضعيها في الطبق مع جبنة الموزاريلا (إما على شكل كرات صغيرة، أو خذي جبنة موزاريلا كبيرة وقطعيها إلى قطع).
اغسل الفجل وأزل السيقان وقطّعها إلى شرائح رقيقة. أخذت معي آلتي الماندولين. ولكن استخدام السكين سيفي بالغرض أيضاً.
ضعيها في الطبق.
يُضاف قشر مبشور ناعم من ليمونتين غير معالجتين.
يُحمّص الصنوبر في مقلاة.
يُضاف الريحان وقشور البارميزان.
تُقشّر الأفوكادو وتُقطّع.
يُضاف عصير الليمون وزيت الزيتون.
يُتبّل المزيج حسب الرغبة بالملح والفلفل، ثم يُخلط ويُبرّد لمدة ساعة جيدة قبل التقديم.
Salade fraîche de pâtes avocats et zeste de citron
Faites cuire vos pâtes le temps indiqué sur le paquet pour les avoir « al dente ». Faites-les refroidir à l’eau froide, puis égouttez-les bien
Lavez, puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux. Placez le tout dans un grand récipient.
Ciselez finement le bouquet de ciboulette.
Mettez-la dans le plat avec la mozzarella (soit des petites boules, ou alors prenez une grande mozzarella que vous couperez en morceaux.
Lavez les radis, équeutez-les puis coupez-les en fines tranches. J’ai pris pour cela ma mandoline. Mais au couteau, cela fonctionnera tout aussi bien. Mettez-les dans le plat.
Ajoutez les zestes finement râpés de deux citrons non traités.
Faites griller les pignons à la poêle.
Mettez-les avec les feuilles de basilic et les copeaux de parmesan.
Épluchez et coupez les avocats en morceaux.
Ajoutez le jus de citron et l’huile d’olive.
Salez et poivrez à votre goût, puis mélangez avant de mettre au frais une bonne heure avant de servir.
