إليك طبق بسيط وفعال ، جاهز في غضون دقائق قليلة. الأطول سيكون لطهي الأرز العادي لمرافقته! أقدم لكم هذا القريدس المقرمش بصلصة حامضة وحلوة حارة ، مع بازيلا سكر وبضعة أوراق ريحان تايلاندي ، لوجبة لذيذة للغاية. أصعب ما يمكن العثور عليه هو الريحان التايلاندي ، لكن اعلم أنه ينمو جيدًا في الأواني بالداخل! من السهل أن تكون دائمًا في متناول اليد ، إذا كنت من محبي مثلي!
لـ 4 أشخاص:
30 جمبري نيئ جميل مقشر ومقشر
4 فصوص ثوم
1 فلفل أحمر صغير (اختياري)
1 أو 2 كراث
250 جرام بازلاء سكر
بضع أوراق من الريحان التايلاندي
2 ملاعق كبيرة صلصة الفلفل الحار الحلو
1 ملعقة طعام nuoc mam
1 ملعقة صغيرة من الخل الأبيض

فيما يلي الصلصات المستخدمة: nuoc mam ، صلصة السمك الفيتنامية الشهيرة وصلصة الفلفل الحلو. كلاهما يسهل العثور عليه في كل مكان!
ابدأ بتقشير الثوم والكراث. انزع الفلفل الصغير. يقطع كل شيء إلى حد ما.
يجب تقشير القريدس.
في مقلاة أو مقلاة ، ضعي القليل من الزيت والروبيان ونصف مزيج الثوم المفروم / الكراث / الفلفل الحار على نار عالية.
دع كل شيء يقلى دون حرق الثوم / الكراث.
أفرغي كل شيء في وعاء ، ثم أضيفي القليل من الزيت مع باقي الخليط المفروم والبازلاء.
يُقلى المزيج على نار عالية لمدة دقيقتين مع التحريك بانتظام.
نقطع بعض أوراق الريحان التايلاندية.
أعد الروبيان (مع العصائر وأي شيء آخر لديك في الحاوية الصغيرة الموضوعة جانبًا) مع الريحان التايلاندي.
أضف صلصة الفلفل الحلو ، nuoc mam والخل.
يُطهى على نار عالية لتكثيف الصلصة.
قدميها على الفور مع أرز أبيض سادة!

Voici un plat simple et efficace, prêt en quelques minutes seulement. Le plus long sera de cuire le riz nature pour l’accompagner ! Je vous propose ces crevettes craquantes dans une sauce aigre-douce pimentée, avec des pois gourmands sucrés et quelques feuilles de basilic thaï, pour un repas ultra savoureux. Le plus dur à trouver est le basilic thaï, mais sachez qu’il pousse très bien en pot en intérieur ! Pratique pour en avoir toujours sous la main, si comme moi vous en êtes fan !
Voici les sauces utilisées : le nuoc mam, la fameuse sauce de poisson vietnamienne et la sauce pimentée sucrée. Les deux se trouvent très facilement partout !
Commencez par éplucher l’ail et l’échalote. Épépinez le petit piment. Hachez assez finement le tout.
Les crevettes doivent être éveinées et décortiquées.
Dans un wok ou une sauteuse, mettez sur feu fort un peu d’huile, les crevettes et la moitié du mélange haché ail/échalote/piment.
Laissez sauter le tout sans brûler l’ail/échalote.
Videz dans un récipient le tout, puis remettez un peu d’huile avec le reste du mélange haché et les pois gourmands.
Faites sauter sur feu vif 2 minutes en mélangeant régulièrement.
Ciselez finement quelques feuilles de basilic thaï.
Remettez les crevettes (avec le jus et tout ce que vous avez dans le petit récipient mis de côté) avec le basilic thaï.
Ajoutez la sauce pimentée sucrée, le nuoc mam et le vinaigre.
Laissez cuire sur feu vif pour que la sauce épaississe.
