كيف يمكنك مقاومة هذه الخضار الخضراء الجميلة ، المحمصة في الفرن بزيت الزيتون وتقدم مع صلصة الفلفل الاسبيليت الكريمية اللذيذة؟ هذه ليست نيتي بل على العكس ، أود أن تكتشفوا ، بالنسبة لأولئك الذين لا يعرفونهم بعد ، بروكوليني ، ابن عم البروكلي! فرحة مطلقة!
وصفة لأربعة أشخاص:
800 جرام بروكوليني
زيت الزيتون والملح والفلفل المطحون
لتحضير الصلصة:
125 جرام طحينة
50 جرام ماء
15 جرام زيت زيتون
30 جرام خل أبيض
10-15 غ من شراب القيقب أو الصبار أو العسل
15 جرام فلفل إسبليت أو صلصة سريراتشا
الملح والفلفل المطحون
فلفل إسبليت
هنا البروكلي الشهير ، أرق وأطول من البروكلي ، ولكن أيضًا مع إزهار أقل تطوراً.
اغسليها وضعيها في طبق الخبز. يتبل بالملح والفلفل ويُرش بزيت الزيتون بسخاء. كما أقول في الفصل ، دع المايت فيك يعبر عن نفسه ، ولكن في حدود المعقول! تخبز لمدة 20-25 دقيقة في فرن محمى على حرارة 210 درجة مئوية باستخدام حرارة دوارة.
للصلصة ، فقط اخلطي جميع المكونات.
ضع الملح والفلفل حسب ذوقك.
تصبح الصلصة ناعمة.
يتم طهي البروكولين ولا يزال مقرمشًا قليلاً!
قدميها إما مع الصلصة على الجانب أو كما هو موضح أدناه ، مع صوص الكريمة. لهذا ، أضعه في الجيب برأس رفيع. فرحة!
Broccolinis grillés, sauce tahiné au piment d’Espelette

Comment résister à ces beaux légumes verts, grillés au four avec de l'huile d'olive et servis avec une sauce bien crémeuse et savoureuse au piment d'Espelette? Ce n'est pas mon intention et bien au contraire, je souhaite vous faire découvrir, pour ceux qui ne les connaissent pas encore, le broccolini, un cousin du brocolis ! Un délice absolu !
Voici les fameux broccolinis, plus fins et plus longs que le brocoli, mais aussi avec une inflorescence moins développée.
Lavez-les et mettez dans un plat allant au four. Salez, poivrez et arrosez quand même généreusement d’huile d’olive. Comme je dis en cours, laissez la Maïté en vous s’exprimer, mais dans la limite du raisonnable ! Mettez à cuire 20-25 minutes au four préchauffé à 210°C en chaleur tournante.
Pour la sauce, il suffit de mélanger tous les ingrédients.
La sauce devient bien onctueuse.
Les broccolinis sont cuits et encore légèrement craquants !
Servez-les avec soit la sauce à côté ou alors comme je l’ai plus bas, arrosés avec la sauce crémeuse. Pour cela, je l’ai mise en poche munie d’une douille fine. Un délice !
