Voici une recette savoureuse en partenariat avec lespommesdeterre.com que j’ai réalisée également en facebook live. Je vous propose la recette en pas à pas en photos et en vidéo ! Des röstis bien croustillants avec du saumon revenu dans un délicieux beurre frétillant, le tout servi avec une sauce très simple, mais néanmoins parfaite, à la crème, aneth et zeste de citron.
Je vous proposez cette fois, non pas une, mais deux recettes de tartes fines aux pommes. Une première à la crème d’amande et à la vanille et l’autre à la crème de marron et aux noix. Deux délices très simples à faire qui ne demande que très peu de temps de préparation. Je vous donne en plus, la vidéo en replay de mon facebook live du mardi 6 octobre 2020 !
Un plat riche et réconfortant. Voilà ce que j’aime quand arrive le froid et l’automne. Je vous avais déjà proposé sur le blog des ribs de porc sauce barbecue, mais pas encore une version au bœuf. La cuisson est encore un peu plus longue pour avoir une viande très très tendre, mais le résultat sera délicieux et savoureux à souhait !
Vous le savez peut-être, je viens de finir l’écriture de mon 6ème livre, qui sort chez Flammarion le 18 novembre prochain et qui signe mon vrai retour dans le domaine de la pâtisserie, même si il y en avait dans « Végéterrien » et dans « Je fais mon chocolat maison ». J’ai été un peu absent sur le blog, mais pour mieux y revenir. Je vous propose cette fois ma recette de brioche feuilletée, qui n’est vraiment pas si compliquée à faire chez soi. Mais surtout le résultat est vraiment délicieux et beurré à souhait. Avec une simple confiture, c’est le goûter ou le petit-déjeuner parfait !
J’adore les babkas sucrées, qu’elles soient au chocolat, à la cannelle, au Grand Marnier. Mais en version salée, c’est aussi un délice qui sera parfait pour un apéritif haut en couleurs ! Je vous préviens, c’est totalement addictif ! Je vous propose ici une version au pesto basilic/noix de pécan. L’odeur en cuisine pendant la cuisson est juste incroyable !
