Un beau crumble de saison ! J’adore les courges butternut et on m’a donné la bonne idée d’un crumble salé avec les noix. J’y ajoute ici un peu de fromage bleu pour contrebalancer le côté doux de la courge. C’est un véritable délice. Ça croustille et c’est savoureux à souhait. Et surtout pas du tout sec. On pourrait le croire avec la photo, mais au contraire ! Parfait avec une simple salade ou pour accompagner une viande.
Si vous n’avez jamais goûté les « perles coco », il est temps de les réaliser pour les manger!! Ce sont de petites boules à la farine de riz gluant, très similaires aux « maqius », mais cuites à la vapeur. Le résultat est simple et délicieux. Je trouve en plus sincèrement amusant de les préparer et elles peuvent compléter à merveille un repas de « dim sum ». Je donne ici une première version à la crème d’oeuf (mes préférées!) mais je mettrai un jour aussi celles qui sont aux cacahuètes!
Fan de pignons, je voulais une belle recette pour les mettre dans un dessert. J’ai pensé à ces sablés qui se révèlent démoniaques, mais terriblement délicieux ! On essaie désespérément de les couper en petites parts, mais on y revient toujours. À se damner avec un bon café ou un thé pour l’heure du goûter.

La saison est parfaite et dans l’ambiance actuelle, nous avons besoin d’un peu de réconfort. J’avais fait ces cookies pour mes élèves de mon atelier chocolat, pour le rendez-vous du petit déjeuner. La recette est simplissime à faire et les cookies sont cuits en 12 minutes. Tièdes, ils seront parfaits. Vous pouvez bien sûr mettre du chocolat blanc ou au lait à la place du chocolat noir.
