حلم مغاربي ؟؟ أنت بالتأكيد تقول لنفسك إنني أصبت بالجنون! لكن برنارد ، لقد صنعت لنا هريس ماروناس! نعم ولكن انتظر …
منذ أن كنت أذهب إلى المغرب بانتظام ، تعلمت الكثير من الأشياء مع صديقاتي العزيزات توريا ومريم. وشعرت بالحاجة إلى تخصيص وصفة صغيرة لهم. هكذا ، بدون سبب!
أردت شيئًا يذكرني بكل الأوقات الجيدة التي قضيناها معًا ، في صنع الشاي بالنعناع بينما كانت قرون الغزال تطبخ ببطء في الفرن. وبما أن كلاهما يحب فطائر فوا جرا ، فقد اعتقدت أنني سأكتب لهما ليس أغنية ، بل وصفة تتماشى معها.
هذا الكفتة المالحة (تشبه الصلصة تقريبًا ، ولكن بدون الفلفل الحار) مصنوعة من التمر والعسل ومسحوق الكزبرة وزيت الأرغان والليمون المملح. لقد صنعت هذه الوصفة بناءً على الإلهام وكنت أخشى ألا تتناسب هذه النكهات المتباينة مع بعضها البعض والعكس تمامًا ما حدث! هذا يعطي كونفيت طريًا جدًا ، حلوًا ومالحًا مثل المغرب ومثاليًا لكبد الإوز محلي الصنع.
ابدأ بتأليب التواريخ. لا تأخذي مدجول لهذه الوصفة. إن دجلة نور أقل تكلفة وهي مثالية ، حتى لو كانت جافة قليلاً!
ضعيهم في قدر مع الماء.

قطع الليمون المملح إلى قطع صغيرة. ضعي الليمون كله مع لحمه. فقط تذكر أن تزيل النقاط. أضفهم إلى المقلاة. لا تخف من وضع الكمية المشار إليها! يمكنك حتى إضافة نصف إضافي.
أضف العسل أيضًا.
ثم اتركها تنضج. يمكنك سحق التمر بملعقة.
يُطهى على نار خفيفة مع التحريك من حين لآخر. يجب أن يتبخر الماء لإفساح المجال لهرس التمور المطبوخة. تستغرق ما يقرب من نصف ساعة.
نضع مسحوق الكزبرة والملح في نهاية الطهي.
يمكننا أن نرى بوضوح هنا أنه لم يعد هناك ماء تقريبًا! إنها علامة على استعدادها !!
