هذه وصفة إيطالية ، سهلة التحضير. حرفياً “brutti ma buoni” تعني “قبيح لكن جيد”! وهي حقاً كذلك. لكني وجدت أخيرًا جمالية في هذا الشكل الخام شبه المعدني. هناك ثلاثة مكونات هنا: السكر والبندق وبياض البيض. نسيج؟ مقرمش من الأعلى وطري من الداخل. للاستمتاع بكوب إسبريسو قوي!
وصفة “بروتي ما بوني”:
– 100 جرام من بياض البيض (حوالي 3 بياض بيض متوسط)
– 200 جرام سكر
– 150 جرام بندق مطحون
-150 جرام بندق مفروم
ابدأ بضرب بياض البيض.
عندما يبدأ بياض البيض في الارتفاع ، أضيفي السكر البودرة تدريجيًا. استمر في الخفق حتى يتجانس السكر تمامًا. تحصل على نوع من المرينغ الناعم.
اخلطي البندق المفروم والمسحوق.
ثم تصب في المرينغ.
امزج ، ارفع كل شيء لتجنب سقوط بياض البيض.
ضعي العجينة في قدر على نار خفيفة إلى متوسطة.
أثناء الخلط باستمرار بالملعقة ، يُطهى لمدة عشر إلى خمس عشرة دقيقة.
ثم يبدأ اللصق في الخروج.
وينتهي به الأمر لم يعد ملتصقًا بالمقلاة (حسنًا تقريبًا ، لأنه لا يزال سكرًا!).
مع ملعقتين كبيرتين ، شكلي أكوام من العجين على صينية الخبز. معجنات مبطنة بورق زبدة.
اخبزيها على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 15 إلى 20 دقيقة.
ثم اتركها تبرد على رف سلكي.
“brutti ma buoni” لونها بني ذهبي: مقدد فوق وقليلا لين داخل!
