عندما ذهبت إلى الرباط ، طلب مني أصدقائي على الفور تذوق هذه العجائب الصغيرة. بعيون كبيرة متفائلة ، انتظروا لسماع ما إذا كنت سأتمكن من استنساخ الوصفة! لم يكن الأمر معقدًا للغاية بالنسبة لي ، لكن كان علي أن أحاول ثلاث مرات للحصول على نفس النوغاتين الصغيرة المقرمشة من السمسم. كنت مترددا بين نوجا معد بهذه الطريقة التقليديين أو كراميل مخبوز في قوالب صغيرة. وانا ايضا لدي متلمس للعثور على النسبة المئوية المناسبة من الشوكولاتة بحيث يكون للجياندويا (معجون الشوكولاتة بالبندق) الاتساق المثالي. أترك لكم صور الوصفة بحيث يمكنكم تخيل المذاق الدقيق والملمس الدقيق لهذه النوغاتين الصغيرة من السمسم “الدانتيل”.
