نستمر سويًا في تصفح عجائب ” بهجة القصبة ” مع نعال اللوز هذه المرة. سيجار صغير رائع ، محشو بالمرزبانية ، منقوع في العسل لحفظ جيد وطعم لا مثيل له. لا توجد صعوبة كبيرة في هذه الوصفة! للاستمتاع بشاي بالنعناع.
وصفة لنحو ثلاثين نعال من اللوز:
– كيلو لوز مطحون – 500 جرام سكر -5 بيضات -2 ملاعق صغيرة من الفانيليا السائلة
عجين – 500 جرام طحين – 200 جرام زبدة -ماء
-عسل سائل أو عسل دافئ قليلاً – 30 حبة لوز كاملة مع قشرتها
ابدأ بتحضير العجين. ضع الزبدة في قطع والدقيق في وعاء محضر الطعام المزود بـ “k” ، أو ببساطة في وعاء كبير إذا لم يكن لديك هذا النوع من محضر الطعام.
ابدأ الخلط مع الرمل تمامًا. لذلك عليك أن تذهب ببطء لترى امتصاص الدقيق.
لخلط معا. يجب أن تكون العجينة طرية وليست لزجة.
ضع كرة العجين في مكان بارد في فيلم مطاطي لمدة 30 دقيقة إذا كانت الزبدة باردة وإلا لمدة ساعة.
اخلطي اللوز المطحون مع السكر.
تخلط على طاولة كبيرة أو في وعاء خلط من نوع الروبوت “كيتشيد”. احفر بئر وأضف البيض.
أضف الفانيليا السائلة.
ابدأ بخلط البيض مع الفانيليا.
ثم اعجن كل شيء حتى يتكون نوع من المرزبانية.
افردي العجينة بسمك رقيق إلى 2 مم على سطح عمل مطحون.
قطّعي الدوائر بقطاعة بسكويت قطرها 9 سم.
لفي عجينة اللوز إلى نقانق بقطر 3 سم وقطعيها إلى أكثر أو أقل من 3 أو 4 قطع سم.
افردي القطع إلى نقانق صغيرة وواسعة إلى حد ما وضعيها على قاعدة دوائر العجين.
ابدأ في التدحرج تمامًا كما في الصورة.
قم بسد العجينة في الزاوية العلوية وقم بخفض النقانق مما سيكون له تأثير تكوين زاوية صغيرة في أعلى الدائرة كما في الصورة.
لفة صغيرة على سطح العمل مع وضع اليدين على السجق. ضع النعال على ورقة خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة.
مرر ضربة فرشاة مغموسة في البيض المخفوق.
اضغطي على حبة لوز كاملة في المنتصف.
اخبزيها على حرارة 190 درجة مئوية لمدة 15 إلى 20 دقيقة ثم ضعيها في العسل مباشرة واتركيها تنقع لمدة 15 دقيقة.
ضع النعال حتى يتم تصريفها.
قدميها مع شاي النعناع! “نعال اللوز” تبقى لمدة 10 أيام تقريبًا.
