ضع الدقيق والسكر وبذور السمسم وبذور عباد الشمس في وعاء محضر الطعام (نوع كيتشينيد) أو في وعاء كبير.
يضاف الملح والبيكنج باودر ويخلط جيدا.
نذوب الزبدة ونضيف زيت بذور اللفت.
أضف خليط الدهون هذا إلى المقلاة.
أضف أيضًا 30 جرامًا من البيض والماء.
تخلط مع الورقة (“k” للروبوت) حتى تصبح العجينة متجانسة.
إذا كان ينقصه القليل من الماء ، أضف ملعقة كبيرة. يجب ألا تنكسر العجينة ، بل تتكتل معًا.
