ها هي وصفة جديدة للماكرون! أقدم لكم نسخة شوكولاتة القهوة الخاصة بي. هذه المرة عبارة عن قشور معكرون بنكهة القهوة (لذلك اللون طبيعي) مع شوكولاتة ناعمة وغاناش القهوة. واحد والآخر يخلقان تناضحًا مثاليًا ، ورائحة كاملة الجسم ولكن حلوة لهذه المعكرونة العنبرية والشوكولاتة اللذيذة!
ابدأ بإعداد وصفة للماكرون. انظر هنا للوصفة بالصور. مع الفارق أنه عليك إضافة القهوة القابلة للذوبان في بياض البيض والتي تدخل في الكثير من أجل الكثير.
تخلط جيدا لتذوب القهوة.
ويضاف البيض إلى القهوة من أجل صبها.
ثم تابع كما هو موضح في الوصفة.
لغناش الشوكولاتة. سخني الكريمة الكاملة واسكبيها فوق قطع الشوكولاتة إلى قطع (أو معجنات مثل بلدي!).
أضف الزبدة الطرية واخلطها بمضرب كهربائي لتجانس كل شيء.
أضف القهوة القابلة للذوبان إلى الغاناش الذي لا يزال ساخنًا. ربما يمكننا أن نكون أكثر منطقية مني في ذلك اليوم ونضع القهوة في الكريمة الساخنة ، قبل أن نسكبها على الشوكولاتة! لكنها تعمل في كلتا الحالتين.
ضع الغاناش في كيس أنابيب مزود بفوهة واتركه تعزيز – يقوي. عندما يكون الغاناش “قابلًا للتشكيل” ، زيني القشرة بالحلويات.
أغلقوا المعكرون واتركوه في الثلاجة في وعاء محكم الغلق لمدة 24 ساعة! من الضروري تطوير نعومة المعكرون.
