لقد مرت ما يقرب من ثلاث سنوات منذ أن قمت بتطوير Assassin ومن الواضح أنها كانت ممتعة للغاية! أصنعها من وقت لآخر وأعترف أنني أستمتع بها في كل مرة. كنت أرغب منذ فترة طويلة في إصدار نسخة مختلفة قليلاً ، لأجد له أخًا بطريقة ما. إذن ها هي المتفجرة! هذه المرة ينصب التركيز أكثر على زبدة الكراميل المملحة. لمسة من القرفة ، قليل من الشوكولاتة البيضاء وحفنة من مسحوق اللوز وهذه هي أحدث إضافة للعائلة! دائما نفس هواء الجبن القديم (!!) تؤكل هذه الكعكة طازجة لتكون أكثر صلابة ، أو في درجة حرارة الغرفة لتكون أكثر ذوبانًا. وكالعادة ، شريحة صغيرة كافية. ثم امسك واحدًا آخر أخيرًا …
وصفة متفجرة:
– 190 جرام سكر – 125 جم زبدة نصف مملحة -1 ملعقة صغيرة من فلور دي سيل
ابدأ بوضع الزبدة و flur de sel والسكر في قدر سميكة القاع. أضف القليل من الماء (يكفي فقط لامتصاص السكر قليلاً).

اتركيه ليبرد لمدة 5 دقائق ثم أضيفي الشوكولاتة البيضاء. لهذه الوصفة ، يمكنك أيضًا تناول شوكولاتة جيدة مثل Cacao Barry أو Valrhona. يقلب جيدًا لإذابة كل الشوكولاتة.
في وعاء آخر ، اخلطي اللوز المطحون ، 175 جم من البيض.
أضف مسحوق القرفة والفانيليا السائلة.
ثم نسكب الفرجوز والدقيق.
يُسكب الكراميل فوق مزيج البيض.
تصب في قالب 16 سم مبطن بورق الزبدة. أضع دائرة من الورق في الأسفل وشريطًا حول الحافة الداخلية.
ضعيها في فرن مسخن مسبقًا على 145 درجة مئوية لمدة ساعة إلى ساعة و 10 دقائق. من الضروري أنه عند تحريك الكعكة ، يتم أخذ المركز قليلاً مثل الهلام. هنا نرى الكعكة مباشرة من الفرن.
