تحضير التتبيلة عن طريق خلط المكونات وصلصة الصويا الخفيفة ونبيذ الطبخ الصيني ونشا الذرة.
يُسكب فوق لحم الخنزير المقطع إلى شرائح. إذا لزم الأمر ، أضف القليل من الماء إذا كان التتبيل سميكًا جدًا. اتركيه لينقع لمدة 15 دقيقة على الأقل.
تحضير الصلصة. اخلطي جميع المكونات في وعاء. للحجز.
تحضير باقي الخضار والتوابل. نقطع الجزر المقشر إلى شرائح جوليان ونقطع الفلفل (بدون البذور !!) والثوم والزنجبيل والبصل الأخضر.
سخني المقلاة على نار عالية. أضف ملعقتين كبيرتين من الزيت. قم بطهي الجزر لمدة دقيقة واحدة مع نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الملح مع التحريك باستمرار. يرفع الجزر ويوضع جانبا.
أعد الووك الفارغ إلى درجة حرارة عالية وأضف 3 ملاعق كبيرة من الزيت. أضف لحم الخنزير. افصل جميع القطع جيدًا وقم بتحميرها من جميع الجوانب.
نضيف الفلفل المفروم ونطبخه لبضع ثوان ثم نضيف القليل من الزيت إذا لزم الأمر (المطبخ الصيني دهني!). ثم يضاف الزنجبيل والثوم ويطهى لمدة 30 إلى 60 ثانية. الطبخ ووك سريع جدا!
أضيفي الجزر المطبوخ مع الاستمرار في الخلط!
ثم تضاف الصلصة وتطهى حتى تتكاثف. قدميها على الفور!
