هيا ، وصفة ملف تعريف ارتباط أخرى تخبرني بها !! ونعم ! لكن لا يمكنني مقاومة اختبار نسب جديدة … ثم مع اقتراب عيد الحب ، اعتقدت أن الوقت قد حان لاستخدام القالب kitschissime على شكل قلب !! لذا خففي الأنوار ، وأضيئي الشموع ، وضعي بعضًا من باري وايت وضعي المئزر الخاص بك لخبز كعكات كوكوتشوكولوف هذه! خصوصيتهم؟ هم لا يقاومون … نعم بالطبع ، لكن لا يزال؟ أضفت مكابس فالرونا كقطع صغيرة وجوز الهند المجفف المحمص لمنحهم ملمسًا لا يضاهى … مع من ستشارك هذا القلب الذائب ؟؟
وصفة ملفات تعريف الارتباط “CocoChocoLove” (لعدد 15 ملف تعريف ارتباط أو قلب عملاق وعدد قليل من ملفات تعريف الارتباط):
-110 جرام زبدة غير مملحة -100 جرام سكر ناعم -95 جرام شجر بني أو أشقر -1 بيضة -1 ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا السائلة -1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح – 170 جرام طحين -1/4 ملعقة صغيرة من صودا الخبز -65 جرام جوز هند مجفف مبشور -220 جرام من بيستول الشوكولاتة الداكنة مع 65٪ كاكاو
سخني الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية. يُسكب جوز الهند المجفف المبشور (غير المحلى) على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة.
توضع في الفرن وتُطهى مع التحريك من حين لآخر لمدة 10 إلى 12 دقيقة حتى يصبح لون جوز الهند بنياً ذهبياً. لتهدأ.
في وعاء كبير ، ضعي السكر الناعم والملح والسكر البني والزبدة الطرية.
امزج كل شيء بملعقة أو حرف “k” الخاص بالروبوت.
أضف الفانيليا السائلة والبيض.
امزج للحصول على كريم متجانس.
يضاف جوز الهند المحمص والمبرد.
في وعاء ، اخلطي البيكنج صودا والدقيق.
أضفه إلى الوعاء واخلطه.
أخيرًا نضيف بيستول الشوكولاتة. أخذتُ Valrhona Manjari هنا ، التي تمتزج حموضتها تمامًا مع جوز الهند.
امزج مع “k” للروبوت أو باليد.
إذا كان لديك “دائرة” على شكل قلب ، دهنها بالزبدة أو بخاخ الطهي ثم ضعيها على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة. املأ الجزء السفلي بسمك 7-8 مم.
طهي لمدة عشرين دقيقة لتنسيق كبير.
انزع الحلقات ثم انقلها إلى رف الخبز.
بالنسبة لملفات تعريف الارتباط الكلاسيكية ، شكل كرات من 50 إلى 60 جرام عن طريق المباعدة بينها بشكل كافٍ.
اخبزيها لمدة 10 إلى 12 دقيقة. سوف يخرجون منتفخين نسبيًا ثم يتراجعون بعد 5 دقائق.
أهم شيء هو عدم الإفراط في طهي العجين! هذا هو المكان الأفضل. استمتع بها دافئة ، وذلك عندما تكون في أفضل حالاتها ولا تزال الشوكولاتة ذائبة ولكنها أكثر سخونة!
