مع بدء الطقس البارد ، أتوق باستمرار إلى الحصول على أشياء صغيرة لذيذة تُخبز في الفرن تنبعث منها رائحة مطمئنة في جميع أنحاء المنزل. تقع هذه الكب كيك في منتصف الطريق بين ملفات تعريف الارتباط والكعكات (الأمريكية) و flapkacks. لا طحين ولا بيض ، فقط رقائق الشوفان ورقائق الشوكولاتة البيضاء والتوت البري المجفف: بالكاد نشعر بالذنب !! ومع القليل من الزبدة والقشدة (ما زلنا على مدونتي بعد كل شيء !!) ، نحصل على كعكات متماسكة. لقد طورتها بشكل عشوائي قليلاً ، لكنني فجأة أنشر الوصفة لأنني أعلم أنها ستثير اهتمام الكثير منكم!
