أستمر في غرابة الحلويات بعد تارتليت المانجو! في الواقع هذه كعكة جوز الهند من حادث. رغبتي في صنع حلوى جوز الهند للتارتليت ، فاتني الإصدار الأول. حصلت على عجينة طرية مكرمل بجوز الهند. بدلاً من التخلص منها ، أضفت بشكل عشوائي مكونات الكيك الكلاسيكية وحصلت على كعكات جوز الهند اللذيذة التي أضفت عليها بضع قطع من الأناناس بالكراميل بالفانيليا. يمكننا بالطبع إضافة الأناناس مباشرة إلى العجينة ، لكنني اعتقدت أنه من الأجمل وضعها في الأعلى!
وصفة لعمل 5-6 كب كيك بجوز الهند:
-200 جرام جوز الهند المبشور المجفف
– 200 جرام سكر – 70 جرام ماء
-4 بيضات
– 40 جرام طحين
– 145 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
-1 ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا السائلة
– 1 أناناس طازج
– 1 حبة فانيليا
– 40 جرام سكر
– 40 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
نضع السكر وجوز الهند المجفف في مقلاة.
يضاف الماء ويوضع على نار متوسطة.
يقلب باستمرار بملعقة. يصبح الخليط عجينة.
شيئا فشيئا كل شيء بالكراميل.
يمكنك تركها تتكرمل قدر الإمكان دون تركها تحترق بالطبع. ضعي جوز الهند في وعاء. اتركيه ليبرد لمدة 20 دقيقة. ثم نضيف البيضة.
أضف أيضًا الزبدة المذابة والفانيليا السائلة.
وأخيرا الدقيق. تخلط جيدا للحصول على عجينة ناعمة.
صب الخليط في 5 قوالب صغيرة بحجم 5 سم أو قالب واحد كبير من 20.
اتركيه ليطهى لمدة 20 دقيقة عند 170 درجة مئوية ، مع مراقبة الطهي.
قم بفك القالب واتركه يبرد على رف سلكي.
قطع الأناناس الطازج إلى قطع. إذا بقي أي أناناس ، فقط أكله !!
نضع السكر مع الفانيلين من جراب الفانيليا في أ موقد.
