85 جرام لوز مطحون
185 جرام من لحم الموز المهروس
قشر وقطّع 4 حبات من الموز إلى شرائح. نضعهم في مقلاة كبيرة مع الزبدة. يمكنك إضافة السمن النباتي ورشة ملح للحصول على كعكة خالية من اللاكتوز.
يرش القليل من سكر القصب ويطهى على نار معتدلة.
