وصفة لعشرات الكانيلات:
500 جرام حليب كامل الدسم (أو حتى خام)
65 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
65 جرام من الروم العنبر
210 جرام شوكولاتة
210 جرام سكر
170 جرام بيضة كاملة
2 صفار بيض كبير
100 غرام دقيق
يُسكب الحليب في قدر مع الروم والشوكولاتة والزبدة شبه المملحة. يُسخن بدون غليان على نار خفيفة ، فقط لفترة كافية لإذابة الزبدة والشوكولاتة.
في هذه الأثناء ، ضعي 170 غ من البيض وصفار 2 في وعاء مع السكر. تخلط بالمضرب دون الإصرار.
نضيف الدقيق ونخلط مرة أخرى.
ثم اسكب محتويات المقلاة ببطء أثناء الخلط.
تصب في وعاء. السماح لتبرد إلى درجة حرارة الغرفة. لفها بغشاء بلاستيكي ثم ضعيها في الثلاجة طوال الليل.
في اليوم التالي ، أخرج الحاوية قبل 3 ساعات على الأقل من عمل الكانيلا. امزج مرة أخيرة برفق.
دهن القوالب النحاسية بمنزلق (انظر هنا ) أو بخاخ التحرير (انظر الشرح هنا ).
سخني الفرن إلى 275 درجة مئوية وإذا كان الحد الأقصى هو 250 درجة مئوية ، على الأقل عند درجة الحرارة هذه.
