سيتطور هذا التقرير كل يوم بين 10 و 17 يناير! إليكم معاينة لصور كل عجائب “بهجة القصبة” التي ستأتي فور وصولها. في اليوم الأول من الاكتشاف ، شعرت بنفس المشاعر التي شعرت بها طفلة في صباح عيد الميلاد! كهف حقيقي لعلي بابا. استطعت تذوق “بقلاوة” باللوز و … كانت أعجوبة من الحلاوة. عجينة ناعمة باللوز محلاة فقط كما يجب أن تكون مع لوز محمص طازج ومقرمش في الأعلى … أود أن أشكر مونيكا التي لولاها لما كان كل هذا ممكنًا وبالطبع محمد سعيد الذي استقبلني اليوم (10 يناير 2011) وفتح لي أبواب محله وكل الأسرار التي يحتويها.
ها أنا ذا هذه المرة وللأسبوع القادم في سان دوني في “ديليس دي لا القصبة”. أكبر متجرين يديرهما محمد سعيد (ثالث قادم إلى باربي!) يقع في 62 شارع غابرييل بيري.
هذا أيضا بمثابة غرفة شاي.
يقدم لي محمد سعيد اليوم بعض الكعك المقلي الطازج. رائحة أعادتني إلى الطفولة عندما أتيحت لي الفرصة للذهاب في إجازة في شمال إفريقيا مع والدي.
بالطبع ، أنا هنا لأتعلم بعض أسرار المعجنات الشرقية. يستخدم محمد سعيد اللوز الجزائري فقط ، وعلى عكس محلات المعجنات الأخرى التي لا تهتم كثيرًا بجودة المنتج النهائي ، فهو يضمن مذاق أشهى من خلال إضافة 300 جرام إلى 400 جرام من السكر مقابل كيلو من اللوز.
يمكن للمرء أن يتخيل بالطبع في أي حالة من الإثارة وجدت نفسي أعلم أنني كنت سأعلم بعض الإيصالات من كل هذه العجائب!
