الأندلس لديها الكثير من التأثيرات المغاربية ووجدت أنه من المثير للاهتمام تحضير عجين الفطير الذي يأخذهم. فطيرة حلزونية لذيذة مليئة بالبيويو الذائب ، جبن الماعز الأندلسي النموذجي ، بنكهة النعناع المفروم! فقط ضع عجين الفطير في وسط الطاولة وسيشارك الجميع بأخذ قطعهم! هذه الوصفة مثالية لمرافقة حساء الفالي بالخيار البارد والنعناع ، وتقدم مبردة للغاية. لحظة لمشاركتها مع الآخرين!
1اخلطي الريكوتا والبايويو المقطعة إلى قطع صغيرة جدًا والنعناع المفروم جيدًا. ملح وفلفل.
2قم بإعداد أوراق الفيلو: ضع ورقة واحدة بشكل مسطح ،يمر زيت الزيتون على كامل سطحه بفرشاة ، ضعي عليها ورقة. ضعي ورقة جديدة يتم دهنها بالفرشاة بزيت الزيتون. استمر على هذا المنوال ، ضع الأوراق فوق بعضها البعض ، ودهن واحدة فقط من اثنتين بالزيت. هل ما زلنا نتابع؟
3لذلك لدينا كومة من الأوراق. على الصفيحة العلوية (تلك التي تعلو جميع الأنواع الأخرى …) ضعي نصف حشوة الجبن بطول كامل حوالي 3 سنتيمترات من الحافة السفلية. إنه مثل تحضير طبق ماكي ياباني. منبوذ عجين الفطير (جميع الأوراق) على الحشوة وشد هذه اللفة الطويلة جيدا. لف العجين حتى نصف عجين الفطير. قص على طول الطول. خذ هذه اللفة الضيقة ولفها حول نفسها مثل الحلزون.
4ضعي النصف الثاني من الحشوة على باقي عجين الفطير واستمر بنفس الطريقة. نضع “السجق” الثاني في امتداد اللولب الأول. ضع حلوى الحلزون في حلقة دائرية قطرها 14 سم.
5ضع كل شيء على ورقة خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة. اخبزيها على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 35 دقيقة. انزع القالب برفق ثم قدمه ساخناً ومقرمشاً مع شوربة الخيار والنعناع الباردة.
