200 جرام كاجو خام
1 نصف ليمونة (20 مل من العصير)

في اليوم السابق ، نقع الكاجو في كمية كبيرة من الماء.
في اليوم التالي (5 ساعات على الأقل أو بين عشية وضحاها ثم …) قم بتجفيفها.
عادة ما تصبح لينة جدا. ضعهم في الخلاط.
قلل إلى هريس ليس ناعمًا جدًا.
