وصفة أكلة شيتاكي وشيميجي لـ 4 أشخاص:
الفطر بالقشطة: -300 جرام شيميجي – 300 جرام شيتاكس -2 فصوص من الثوم -2 ملاعق ملعقة زيت زيتون أو زبدة – 20 سنتيلتر من الكريمة السائلة الكاملة -1 ملعقة صغيرة من بودرة مرقة الدجاج -ملح فلفل -الثوم المعمر المفروم
– 300 جرام أرز ريزوتو -2 كراث -2 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون – كأس نبيذ أبيض – 950 مل مرق دجاج -50 جرام جبن بارميزان -ملح
ابدأ بتحضير الفطر بالكريمة. هنا الشيتاك على اليسار والشيميج على اليمين.
ما عليك سوى قص ساق الشيتاكي وقطع 1 سم من جذر الشيميج لفصلها جيدًا عن بعضها البعض.
ضعي الزبدة أو زيت الزيتون في مقلاة ساخنة جدًا على نار عالية نسبيًا وأضيفي كل الفطر. سيكون هناك الكثير من الحجم ، لكن ذلك سينخفض بسرعة كبيرة.
ملح ، فلفل ، يضاف فصوص ثوم مطحون. قلّب من حين لآخر لطهي الفطر جيدًا.
أضف ال الثوم المعمر.
بعد 5 دقائق من الطهي ، أضيفي الكريمة السائلة الكاملة.
يُغلى المزيج مع التحريك ويُضاف مسحوق مرقة الدجاج.
