صب السكر والزبدة المقطعة إلى قطع في وعاء محضر الطعام أو في وعاء.
تخلط مع الورقة حتى تحصل على كريم متجانس.
أضف نكهة نصف ليمونة.
قطع قشر الليمون المسكر (الحلو!) إلى قطع صغيرة. لمرة واحدة ، أخذت ماركة vahiné في السوبر ماركت وهي جيدة تمامًا.
ضعهم في الوعاء.
بالنسبة للهيل ، أستخدم الهاون الخاص بي.

ثم اتركها تبرد على رف سلكي.
لصنع كريمة التزيين: ضعي السكر البودرة وعصير الليمون في وعاء.
اخلط جيدا.
اغمس نصف كعكة الغريبة ثم صفيها جيدًا.
ضع ورق الخبز.
لكي تكون الزينة مثالية ، أتركها تجف عند 40 درجة مئوية في الفرن لمدة 25 دقيقة (وظيفة تدقيق العجين للحصول على درجة الحرارة هذه في فرن كيتشن إيد).
عندما يكون الجليد جافًا ولين الملمس ، ضعي كعكة الغريبة في صندوق محكم الإغلاق حتى تصبح جاهزة لالتهام.
