وصفة حساء اليقطين بالزنجبيل:
– 1 كراث -1 بصلة -2 بطاطس -2 جزر -1.5 كغ من اليقطين – 2 لتر ماء – 2 مكعبات مرقة دجاج -ملح فلفل -زيت الزيتون – الزنجبيل المجفف – مسحوق الكركم – بهارات في كولومبو – 20 سنتيلتر من الكريمة السائلة الطازجة
اغسل الكراث وقطع القاعدة والجزء العلوي من الأوراق. لقطع بقسوة.
نقطع البصل إلى قطع كبيرة.
سخني 2-3 ملاعق كبيرة من الزيت في قدر. نضيف الكراث والبصل والجزر المقشر والمقطع.
افعل نفس الشيء مع البطاطس.
ها هي شريحة اليقطين الكبيرة.
تقطع إلى قطع ، ثم إزالة الجلد (اليقطين ، وليس الأصابع!). نعم لقد قطعت أولاً إلى قطع كبيرة ، أزيل الجلد ثم أقوم بتقطيعه إلى قطع أصغر …
أضف اليقطين إلى القدر.
اتركيه ليطهى لمدة دقيقتين إلى ثلاث دقائق قبل إضافة لترين من الماء.
يتبل بالملح والفلفل ويضاف مكعبات مرقة الدجاج.
اتركيه ينضج لمدة 30 دقيقة ثم تحقق من طهي البطاطس واليقطين. يطيل الطبخ إذا لزم الأمر. عادة ما أتوقف عن الطهي في هذه المرحلة وأترك لمدة 15 دقيقة قبل الخلط.
امزج مع خلاط الغمر.
أضف التوابل: مسحوق الزنجبيل (أو حتى الطازج إذا كان في متناول اليد) والكركم. حتى أنني أضفت القليل من بهار الكولومبو.
نضيف الكريمة ونخلط جيداً ونقدمها!
من المهم أن تتحقق دائمًا توابل وتصحيحه إذا لزم الأمر.
