السلطة اليونانية بالمعنى الدقيق للكلمة غير موجودة في اليونان. إنه مثل الأرز المقلي في كانتون (انظر الوصفة هنا ). ولكن هناك دائمًا سلطة على الطاولة تحتوي على الأقل من جبن الفيتا والطماطم ، وهذه مجرد سلطة لهم. ثم نضيف حقًا ما نريد. من الواضح أن الشيء المهم (كما هو الحال مع جميع الوصفات في النهاية) هو تناول خضروات ناضجة جيدة. حتى تكون السلطة طازجة جدًا ، أضعها قبل تحضيرها (لأنها تستغرق 5 دقائق في المجموع) ، الخضار في الثلاجة لمدة ساعة أو ساعتين على الأقل. مع الملح والفلفل وزيت الزيتون الجيد فقط ، إنه طبق طازج وملون ولذيذ للغاية!

2 فلفل أخضر
1 خيار
1 بصلة حمراء
حفنة جيدة من الزيتون (أسود أو أرجواني من كالاماتا)
500 جرام من جبنة الفيتا الطازجة
ملح ، فلفل ، زيت زيتون
اغسل وقطّع الخضار والفلفل والطماطم وما إلى ذلك.
نفس الشيء بالنسبة للبصل الأحمر. ما زلت أقطع من الصورة!
ضعي كل شيء في وعاء كبير واخلطي جيدًا.
ملح ونسكب القليل من زيت الزيتون فوق الخضار. اخلطيهم جيدًا ثم اسكبيهم في الأطباق أو في طبق تقديم كبير. ضع جبنة الفيتا التي سوف تسحقها بين يديك لتقسيمها إلى قطع.
الفلفل بسخاء ونضع الزيتون.
رشي عليها زيت الزيتون.
