Recette RÖSTIS ET SAUMON SAUCE CRÈME À L’ANETH AU CITRON pour 4 personnes :
1 كجم بطاطس “مطبوخة على البخار أو محمرة”
4 شرائح سمك سلمون
300 مل كامل الدسم
نكهة ليمون غير مشمع
حفنة صغيرة من الشبت
عدد قليل من أغصان الثوم المعمر
الملح والفلفل المطحون
نفط
زبدة نصف ملح

في اليوم السابق: اغسل البطاطس أولاً بالماء. ضعهم في سلة ثم اطبخهم على البخار لمدة 17 دقيقة. نحن لا نطهوها تمامًا ، إنها مجرد طهي مسبق للروستيس. عندما يتم طهيها ، اتركها تبرد حتى تصل إلى درجة حرارة الغرفة قبل وضعها في الثلاجة طوال الليل (أو 4 ساعات على الأقل).
في اليوم التالي ، أو عندما تكون باردة ، قشرها.
ابشرهم بمبشرة يدوية. خذ أكبر مبشرة. هناك أيضا بشر خاصون لروستي في السوق. إذا بحثت جيدًا على الإنترنت ، فستجده بسهولة!

بينما يتم طهي الجانب الآخر ، اسكب الكريمة في قدر كبير مع مقبض كبير من الزبدة شبه المملحة. يسخن على نار خفيفة. نفرم كومة صغيرة من الشبت بدون الأغصان السميكة.
تصب في المقلاة.
أضف الملح والفلفل.
أضيفي قشر الليمون ثم اتركيه حتى ينضج حتى تصبح الصلصة كثيفة.
قم بإزالة الجلد من الحصى وتأكد من عدم وجود حواف.
صب 50 جرام من الزبدة شبه المملحة في مقلاة وسخنها على نار عالية إلى حد ما. قم بطهي الرصيف في زبدة ساخنة جدًا ، ودهنها من وقت لآخر بالزبدة. اقلبها لطهي الجانب الآخر والتكيف مع درجة النضج التي تريدها.
حان الوقت لتقديم كل شيء: الروستيس الذهبي والمقرمش والسلمون والصلصة. أضف بعض الثوم المعمر المفروم.
