الصور لا تنصف هذا الطبق الرائع! ها هي وصفة الجمبري تفشي المرض بواسطة نادين. وصفة سريعة وبسيطة وقبل كل شيء لذيذة حقًا. ترجع لمسة الأصالة لهذه الوصفة إلى حقيقة أن نادين قد أضرمت لنا القريدس مع بورتو. والنتيجة مذهلة! نوتة صغيرة حلوة تتماشى بشكل رائع مع الثوم والبصل والبقدونس والتي تؤكد بشكل مثالي على المذاق اللطيف لهذه المحار.
وصفة “جامباس” تفشي المرض بواسطة نادين “لـ 4 اشخاص:
– 20 جمبري كبير
-4 أو 5 فصوص ثوم
-1/2 حفنة من البقدونس المفروم ناعماً
-1 بصلة
– 40 جرام زبدة مملحة
-10 سنتيلتر من المنفذ
-ملح فلفل
ابدأ بتقشير الثوم والبصل. نقطع البصل إلى قطع والثوم إلى شرائح.
ضع الزبدة على نار متوسطة. عندما يحمر ، أضيفي الثوم.
