لقد كنت أقدم دروسًا في الطبخ التايلاندي لسنوات ، لذلك لدي دائمًا الأساسيات في خزانة الملابس الخاصة بي. هذه الوصفة جاهزة في 15 دقيقة شاملة. والنتيجة لذيذة للغاية والريحان التايلاندي يجلب نكهته التي لا تضاهى إلى هذا الطبق. من الصعب جدًا التوقف عن تناوله بمجرد أن تتذوقه! مثالي مع الأرز العادي.
لـ 4 أشخاص:
6 أفخاذ دجاج
2 بصل أحمر
1 حفنة جيدة من الريحان التايلاندي
60 جرام فول سوداني محمص (مملح أم لا ، لن يتغير كثيرًا!)
2 ملاعق كبيرة من السكر
ملعقتان كبيرتان من صلصة الثوم الحار (ستجدها في جميع محلات البقالة الآسيوية)
1 + 1/2 ملعقة كبيرة صلصة المحار
2 ملاعق كبيرة من الماء
يقشر البصل الأحمر ويقطع إلى قطع كبيرة.
قم بإزالة الجلد وإزالة الفخذين ، ثم تقطيعها إلى قطع.
في وعاء ، اخلطي السكر وصلصة المحار والماء وصوص الثوم الحار. آخذ صلصة لي كوم كي بالثوم الحار التي أجدها في متاجر البقالة الآسيوية. ربما توجد ماركات أخرى. لكن الميزة هي أنها ليست قوية جدًا!
كل شئ جاهز ! ضعي الفول السوداني جانبًا. في الصورة لم أفعل ذلك بعد ، لكن أزل الأوراق من سيقان الريحان التايلاندي.
صب 6 ملاعق كبيرة من الزيت في مقلاة (أو مقلاة كبيرة) على نار عالية.
يُطهى لمدة 2-3 دقائق حتى يصبح البصل بنيًا قليلاً أو يصبح شبه شفاف قليلاً.
ثم نضيف قطع الدجاج. تخلط جيدا ، لا يزال على نار عالية.
عندما يُحمى الدجاج بالكامل ، أضيفي الصلصة.
اخلطي جيداً واطبخي لمدة 3-4 دقائق. كن حذرًا حتى لا تحترق! ثم تضاف أوراق الريحان التايلاندية والفول السوداني.
سوف تذوب الأوراق بسرعة كبيرة!
تخلط جيدا وتترك الصلصة تتكاثف قليلا. قدميها على الفور مع أرز سادة.
