خلال وجبة فطور وغداء في منزل أحد الأصدقاء ، كارميلا ، تمكنت من اكتشاف الكعك المذهل بالكاكاو ورقائق الشوكولاتة. بالطبع أردت أن أصنعه في المنزل. بما أنه لم يكن لدي وصفة ، كان عليّ ابتكارها. لا شيء صعب هناك. لم يعد الخبز حقًا بعد الآن ، لأنني وضعت فيه القليل من السكر والزبدة والكاكاو ، لكنه ليس بريوشًا أيضًا. إنه أكثر من الخبز الهجين الذي سيكون لذيذًا جدًا مقطوعًا إلى شرائح مع القليل من الزبدة المملحة.
مكونات خبز الكاكاو ورقائق الشوكولاتة:
250 جرام طحين T55
30 جرام كاكاو غير محلى
10 جرام سكر
عبوة واحدة من خميرة الخباز الجافة
180 مل ماء فاتر
20 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
100 جرام قطع شوكولاتة أو شيبس
اخلطي الدقيق والكاكاو.
أضف الخميرة الجافة.
والسكر.
امزج ثم اسكب الماء شيئًا فشيئًا أثناء العجن بالخطاف. يمكنك بالطبع القيام بكل هذا يدويًا.
اعجن لمدة عشر دقائق ثم أضيفي الزبدة شبه المملحة.
اعجن مرة أخرى لمدة 5 دقائق.
ضع فيلم مطاطي على اتصال.
دعه يرتفع في مكان دافئ لمدة ساعة ونصف إلى ساعتين. يتضاعف حجم العجين.
أزل الغاز من العجينة عن طريق سحقها بيديك.
أضف القطع أو الشذرات.
امزج مرة أخرى.
قسمت العجين إلى نصفين ، لكن يمكنك صنع رغيف واحد كبير.
نقطع العجينة قليلاً ونتركها ترتفع مرة أخرى لمدة 30 إلى 45 دقيقة.
اخبزيها على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 15-20 دقيقة. شاهد بعناية وقم بتكييف الطبخ مع فرنك.
