كعكة جبن جديدة على مدونتي ، مستوحاة مباشرة من تلك الموجودة في البرازيل. مع الريكوتا والجوافة! طعام شهي بسيط للغاية في المنزل. أنا أجعلها حلوة قليلاً ومع الريكوتا ، تحصل على قوام أخف ، وأقل دهنية من كعكة الجبن الأخرى الكثيفة والكريمة (التي أحبها من هذا القبيل!). تجلب الجوافة الكمية المناسبة من النكهة الغريبة وتتناسب تمامًا مع فطيرة الجبن.
